You can increase the likelihood of a specific character lining up on the DMW by buying their Materia from the Research Dep. You’ll have full access to all DMW scenes once you reach Chapter 10. It’s well worth pointing out that many DMW scenes are inaccessible because they haven’t happened yet. To achieve 100% sync, you’ll need to have seen all of the memory scene videos associated with them. You’ll have acquired them all by the time you complete Chapter 6 in Modeoheim. They're added to the DMW when Zack meets a specific character for the first time. The Limit Breaks are the simplest to get but the hardest to fill out. 
The DMW Limit Breaks are the specific characters that Zack meets throughout the story, such as Angeal and Sephiroth.
